The Raven plays a key part in the myths and sagas of Iceland—the homeland of KALEO’s JJ Julius Son. Often seen as a symbol of wisdom capable of prophecy, it has also been said that the raven can be tricked and deceived by shiny objects. With a soaring raven on each side and a profound Basalt stone, even you may have a hard time taking your eyes off this masterpiece.

Handcrafted sterling silver with Basalt stone. Each stone is unique and will vary from what is pictured here.

How do I measure my ring size? I have a printer.

1. Print our ring sizer PDF (here) on standard 8.5" x 11" paper at 100% scale (ensure scaling is turned off).

2. Measure the grey section, it should be 3.5 inches from end to end.

3. If you have a ring that fits you well (or a ring you know fits the person you are gifting to) - place the ring on top of each sizing circle until you find the match. The matching circle should fit perfectly inside the ring.

4. Alternatively - cut out the sizing tool (the top section that looks like a ruler), and wrap the piece of paper around your desired finger. The number that aligns closest with the 'Read Size Here' line will be your size.

5. If you are in between sizes it's best to go up rather than down.

How do I measure my ring size? I don't have a printer.

1. Cut a thin strip of paper 10-12cm long.

2. Wrap the strip of paper tightly around your desired finger.

3. Using a pen or pencil, mark the point where the paper overlaps itself.

4. Lay the strip of paper on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the strip to the marking you made in millimetres. This will give you the circumference of your finger.

5. Using the below char convert your measurement into standard US sizing.

6. If you are in between sizes, it's always best to round up rather than down.

Spectacular Ring!

I can't say enough about this fantastic ring! I love it so much I bought it in silver and gold. This silver one however is amazing. The Basalt stone is cool and different than the stone C&C usually uses so a nice change. The details in the Raven are fantastic. I just love it and get loads of compliments.

Pinnacle, Masterpiece, Mangum Opus - call it what you want, once you have it, you'll never sell it!

The Kaleo Collection hast to be one of the most beautiful and also successful collabs done by Clocks and Colours. And with the Omen, the second ring in this collection, we see a new masterpiece. Every item after the Omen will have to compare to it. Not that I'm having doubts that C&C will be able to outdo themselves again. Anyway, the Omen is pure perfection. The stone, carried upon their wings by two eagles, is made of basalt and with its black and grey, it's subtle and stylish, but not boring. The runes on the side and the intricate lines on the ring are the finishing touch. Amazing work. I would love to get more insight into the workshop on Bali and how the silversmiths bring these items to life and what they thik about their work. To me, C&C is a match made in heaven.

New favorite?

I own lots of clocks and colours stuff and this might be my new favorite. The speckles in the cobalt really shine.
