Happy with the mug, however a small complaint: not sure if it was cast as one solid piece - the bottom seems to be bonded onto the rest of the mug (epoxied? welded?). I would have preferred it be one piece.

This mug is beautifully crafted with many exquisite details. The mug is heavy and feels great in the hand. Although suitable for both hot and cold beverages, I would not recommend drinking hot coffee/tea/water out of this mug. The entire mug, including the handle and lip, gets incredibly hot, which is a bummer. I would otherwise give this mug a 5-star review.
