The cutter looks beautiful, but after the second cut, the blade was damaged. I email them with a picture and got a replacement (this service was excellent). Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened.
I have several cigar cutters that have lasted years, some $10, some $40.

Cutting blades bent second time I used them; Corona and a Lonsdale. Not thick cigars. Sent in photos. Instead of sending me a replacement, wanted me to return it. I work alot of nights and haven't had the time. If you want a cigar cutter, I suggest not buying thus one
