The rod length is too short and clasp is weird to manage. It’s a hassle whenever I want to wear it or take it off because of the odd short rod length. However, it has a beautiful design, good weight and quality. But, practicality makes a bit unwearable.

I love these earrings however one of the clasps broke before I even got a chance to wear them. I’m so disappointed about that, the material and design is amazing, however the consisten flaw is a cheap seeming, flimsy clasp. For the money I wish it was a sturdier clasp

WARNING...the post that fits in your earlobe is extremely small and the company refused the return. Rarely, do return items, but this is a problematic design. I am a petite gal with thin earlobes. To get them to stay on, I had to pinch my lobes, often getting skin caught in the clasp & hinge...thus, causing pain. It's very misleading to say that there's a 30 day guarantee for the jewelry, only to have all of the earrings say that they are final sale. I have bought lots of earrings from other companies and if something is faulty, they take returns. Good customer service would have been to take the return and at the very least, give a company gift card for the amount of the earrings. Now, I'm irritated and feeling the need to warn others.
