Daisies are a symbol of purity and innocence which makes them perfect for new beginnings. The daisy is actually a composite flower with its inner yellow florets and outward-pointing white petals. Blending together as one, they symbolize true love. This is my mom's favorite flower and it was her wedding flower back in the 70s... Daisies everywhere, lol! In Victorian times it additionally represented loyalty and an ability to keep secrets, which are both extensions of love and union.
