Return, refund & exchange policy
If you are not 100% happy you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of it arriving with you.
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product
Has visible wear or damage.
Is not in the original package, including sleeves and tags.
Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)
Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process but usually are much sooner. Your money will head back to your original payment method. A handling fee of $8 USD for USA customers and $9 USD for Canadian customers will be applied to all returns for refund.

How can I return/exchange items?
If your order number starts with CUS head here, if it starts with CEU head here. You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving. Clearance items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the original amount paid for the item. We do not take back clearance items for a refund. Your item can not be returned or exchanged if it's final sale.

What's the warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is eligible to the original purchaser and valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Clocks and Colours retailer, and subject to applicable state or national laws governing the sales of consumer goods.
The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer or resold by the original purchaser to a new owner.
We work with our manufacturers to create handcrafted, ethically sourced pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We’re confident in the quality of our product. Please note this means that the warranty does not cover any lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party. Additional information regarding warranty policy coverage applicable to specific Clocks and Colours product categories can be found in this article.
To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact info@clocksandcolours.com with your name, address, order number, photo or video, and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Clocks and Colours retailer and are subject to approval.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Some countries do have restrictions for items entering the country. Please check with your own country's government to allow the import of the items you purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Typically all orders do require 2 business days for fulfillment on top of the estimated shipping time. Business days are Monday to Friday.
North America & European Union
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination, upgraded express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak times of the year, this may be extended.
For the US with standard USPS shipping, the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to a USPS sorting facility, once it has been scanned in you will see your tracking update. This can sometimes take up to 2 days after your order is marked as shipped.
Rest of World
Standard shipping can take between 10-18 days, upgraded express shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days depending on the destination. During peak times of the year, this may be extended.
